Much like our Kitchens Essentials list, we are asked quite frequently about our favorite cookbooks. Even if you have a slight interest in cooking at home, cookbooks are a must and offer endless amounts of inspiration and instruction. We spend hours reading through ours and they can be so much more rewarding than simply searching the web for a quick recipe and how-to. In most cases, they not only provide the direction you need in making a dish, but offer a glimpse into the mindset of the person who created it. The stories within can be as riveting as any other book you may enjoy.
